Come to this free 3-session class to explore whether membership at GGCSL is for you. There is no obligation to join, but full attendance and participation at all three sessions is required to do so.
This class will be Sundays on Zoom from 1:30–3:30 pm, so we’ll all have time to get a quick lunch in before class. Email Sonia at administrator@ggcsl.org if you’d like to participate so you can get all the materials and the Zoom link for this class.
Our Leadership Council (Board) is a group of elected members of GGCSL, plus the minister. They meet monthly to transact the business of the Center: setting policies and procedures, following up on events, classes, and outreach, and reporting on various aspects of Center activities to the whole group. These meetings are open for GGCSL members to observe when approval is given by the President of the Council for attendance or to be placed on the meeting agenda for a given month.
Sometimes called guided imagery, with guided meditation you form mental images of places or situations that support relaxation and receptivity. You will use a variety of senses like sights, sounds and textures.

GGCSL is embarking on a community loving project. We’re joining in participation with One Warm Coat (https://www.onewarmcoat.org/) by collecting coats for adults and children at our Sunday Celebrations on October 1, 8, and 15. Gently worn coats should be clean and wearable, with no stains and no holes. New coats can also be donated.
A dinner reception will be held for those choosing to become New Members on Friday, October 6, 6:00-8:30 pm at Rev. Mary’s home.

On Sunday, October 8, we will be welcoming new members. Come meet and welcome these familiar faces on Sunday when we make it official with a round of stomping, cheering and applause for these dear hearts at our Sunday Celebration at 10 am.
