Heart to Heart Team is GGCSL’s Community Care Team, offering support during illness or medical recovery. This community care support team gives rides if you have a medical appointment and will also in go with you if you want someone with you for these. They’ll bring meals if you’re recovering at home from illness or surgery, and they’ll call, visit or email–your preference–to follow up with you and make sure you’re doing okay and to find out what you need.

If you want someone to pray with or for you and you request it, your team member will have a prayer practitioner call you to set up a time to do that with you.
If you need to talk with Rev. Mary or one of the ministers, Heart to Heart will make sure they get your request.
