We’re built to be farmers. Let me explain that statement. Our minds are constantly planting the seeds of our future, either more of the same, changes and newness, or some combination of these. We’re designed to be creators of our lives. But too often we’re just creating from the past, focusing on what happened and the patterns that have shaped our lives up to now.

Knowing we have the power to impact our future through our thoughts and words is freedom, but implementing that power isn’t usually easy because our habits get in the way. So in order to make a new life we must intentionally make some changes in our choices. Let’s start today with a couple easy ones and use them consistently to lay the foundation for a lovely holiday season and New Year.
