Everyday life leads us to believe that our thoughts and opinions are more important that the vast beauty around us. The earth, the air, the water exist to support Life, including ours. Wherever we stand, we are standing on holy ground. If we let ourselves be supported, with awareness, we receive even more of this energy of Life to use and express. We are more balanced, more peace-filled.
We’ll be considering and feeling into the ways we’re supported today, so that we might know—more of the time, at least—that we have something firm to stand upon and be our whole, full selves.
