We’ve all heard someone say, “This is how we’ve always done it,” and “We tried that once, but it didn’t work for us.” These comments often shut down discussion of new possibilities. So this month we’ve shifted the old statement to “That’s how we’ve never done it!” This is meant to welcome creative approaches that are different from what we usually do. We’re opening to a broader view of what’s available and new outcomes.

Today we’re exploring our own desires for security and predictability, and how those fail to really keep us safe, while limiting our choices. What if we open to another idea? The idea that the Universe is always for us and never against us. If that idea is true, it’s safer for us to explore new ways of seeing and doing things than to keep repeating old ones.
