For much of Western history males have been the leaders, fighters, protectors and monsters. Fathers have huge expectations placed on them to be strong, courageous problem-solvers. At the same time, becoming an adult, regardless of gender identity or expression, means we must find our own leadership, courage, strength and ability to address problems. Where is the center of our inner quest—the heart of the matter?

We’ll talk today about the nature of the center of a spiral, and how to come into our own sacred centers and take on the mantle as champion of our own lives.
