No matter where we are in life, expansion is always possible. Growth offers itself to us and is around us all the time. We have to allow and make space for it to become aware of its presence. Unfortunately, often it’s easiest to become aware of it when we’re in discomfort or pain, or when we’ve lost something we’ve cared about. The Universe has our attention.
We don’t have to wait, though. We can seek out groups to learn and practice with. We can read, search the internet, listen to music and podcasts, watch inspiring programs and participate. Our learning has to be practiced and applied in order to be remembered and go deeper. No matter how advanced we are, our inner resonance can always be lifted higher.
