Music, dance, drama, art, clothing, architecture, food—what carries & communicates the culture of a group of people connected to the land they live on? Indigenous communities are not only people of color. European natives whose ancestors have lived in the country they still dwell in are also indigenous to their homeland. These indigenous people may, or may not, still be connected to the ancient ways of their land and culture.
