DESCRIPTION:Our next opportunity to serve at the food bank is coming up 
 on Tuesday\, August 12th from noon to 2 pm. Our volunteer food bank s
 ervice at the San Rafael warehouse usually consists of packing food so t
 hat it can be transported to distribution centers near the neighborhoods
  where this food is most needed.\n\nTo participate on the August team\, 
 contact Ellen Nicoia\, our coordinator\, by email at ellennicosia@gmail
 .com or text her at 415.720.0225 with your interest and contact info by
  August 5th so that she can let the food bank know who is coming.. We ha
 ve a specific number of slots available and volunteers fill them on a fi
 rst-come\, first-served basis.\n\nLet’s keep our participation flowing
