Rev. Karyl Huntley, our Community Spiritual
Leader and Senior Minister, has been a Religious Science
Minister since 1989 and has served the Golden Gate Center
for Spiritual Living since 1995. Previous to her ministry,
she had careers in high school teaching and college publishing.
She is the author of the book, Real
Life Rituals, a book of sacred ceremonies for many
of life's experiences and transitions. She has created
rituals in sacred, educational, community, and family
settings for decades. She has two wonderful children,
Michael Sakir and Melanie Teixeira.
